Debbie is a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist in Insomnia. She partners with Sleep Doctors in assessing and treating those who are experiencing insomnia to help sleep better.
During this 4-6 week program, you will learn proven techniques to help you improve your sleep schedule, quality, and duration.
This is a newer certification, so there are currently only a limited number of Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapists in Insomnia in the California area.
If you're not in the Orange County area, Debbie can see you through telemedicine.
